We will start migrating accounts from the Modwest hosting infrastructure starting in mid April. There are a lot of accounts that we must migrate and much of the process involves manual work to make sure everything is setup correctly on our end and transferred.
As a result, it might be several weeks or a couple of months before we get to your account. You can always login to your Intertune cloud account and look at the Modwest Migration dashboard for the latest status on the migration of your services. Your services will continue to run as normal on the Modwest infrastructure until we are able to migrate it to our infrastructure.
Our goal is to migrate all accounts by September 30, 2018, although we might have to extend that until December 31, 2018.
