We will take over billing as of June 1, 2018.  Prior to then your accounts will continue to be charged by Modwest.  If you have a billing related query for them prior to June 1, please contact them through their normal support channels.


What if I pre-paid Modwest?

If you pre-paid Modwest for services and they don't come due for months or even a year or two from now, do not worry.  Your original terms still apply.  We will not bill you again until after your pre-paid term with Modwest ends.
